Roman Esthetics Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use roman-esthetics.com, book an appointment, or buy products or gift cards from Roman Esthetics LLC ("Roman Esthetics," "we," "us"). By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these terms, our Spa Policies and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book a service.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services, book appointments and buy products for your personal use. Please don't copy, scrape or misuse the site, or try to interfere with how it works. We may limit or end access to anyone who misuses it.

We work to keep prices, service descriptions and availability accurate, but mistakes happen. We may correct errors and update prices or services at any time. The price confirmed when you book is the price you pay for that appointment.

Booking appointments

Appointments are booked online through Vagaro, our booking provider, or by calling or texting 602-900-1241. Vagaro's own terms also apply when you use its system.

Cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals and deposits follow our Spa Policies. In short, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file.

You must be 18 or older to book. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to book, sign the consent forms and stay during the treatment.

Health, results and consent

Not medical advice. Roman Esthetics provides cosmetic skincare services from a licensed esthetician. We are not physicians and don't diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Information on this site, in our blog and in our recommendations is general education, not medical advice. For medical skin concerns, please see a dermatologist or your doctor.

Your health information. Before your first treatment, you'll complete an intake and consent form. Please answer it fully and honestly, and tell us before each visit about any changes, including new medications (such as Accutane, retinoids or antibiotics), pregnancy, allergies, skin conditions, or recent procedures like Botox, fillers, laser or peels. We may change or decline a treatment if it isn't safe for you.

Results vary. Every client's skin is different. We can't guarantee specific results, and many treatments work best as a series combined with home care. Temporary redness, sensitivity, peeling or breakouts can happen after some treatments; your esthetician will explain what to expect and give you aftercare instructions.

Following aftercare. Results and safety depend partly on following your aftercare and home-care plan, including sun protection. We're not responsible for reactions caused by not following aftercare, or by information you didn't share on your intake form.

Photos. We may take photos of your skin to track your progress; they are kept private in your client record. We will only use your photos in before-and-after examples, on our website or social media, with your separate written permission, which you can withdraw at any time.

Purchases, refunds and gift cards

Services. Services are non-refundable once performed. If you're unhappy with a treatment or have a reaction, contact us within 72 hours.

Programs and series. Prepaid programs, such as the 12-Week Acne Bootcamp, are non-refundable once started and must be used within the program period. Product purchase is required for the acne program, as described on our Services page.

Products. Products bought in the spa or from our online store at romanesthetics.com can be returned unopened, in their original packaging, within 14 days of purchase, with your receipt or order number. Returns are refunded to your original payment method or exchanged. Opened or used products can't be returned. Online orders are also covered by the store's shipping and return terms shown at checkout.

Gift cards. Roman Esthetics gift cards never expire. They can be used for any service or product, and any unused balance stays on the card. Gift cards are non-refundable, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be replaced if lost or stolen. Free promotional or bonus cards may carry their own expiration date, printed on the card.

Payment. Prices are in US dollars, and Arizona sales tax applies to products where required. Payments are processed by our booking and store providers; we don't store your full card number.

Texts and emails

When you book, you agree to receive appointment confirmations and reminders by text and email. Message and data rates may apply. We'll send promotional texts or emails only if you sign up for them, and you can opt out anytime by replying STOP to a text or clicking unsubscribe in an email.

Our content

The text, photos, logos and blog posts on this site belong to Roman Esthetics or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy or republish our content without written permission.

Reviews and messages you send us

If you leave a review, testimonial or comment about us, you allow us to share it, with your first name and last initial, on our website and social media. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning. Please don't post anything unlawful, abusive or that shares another person's private information.

Third-party sites

This site links to services we don't control, including Vagaro for booking, our online store, and social media. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we're not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided "as is." We try to keep the site accurate, available and secure, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Arizona law allows, Roman Esthetics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of this website or our services. Our total responsibility for any claim related to a service or product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for our own negligence.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information when booking and on your intake forms, and to follow your aftercare instructions. If a claim arises because you misused the site or gave false health information, you agree to be responsible for it.

Arizona law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. Before filing any claim, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in effect when you book apply to that appointment.
