Spa Policies

Thank you for choosing Roman Esthetics. As a one-on-one spa, every appointment is reserved just for you. These policies help me keep my schedule fair to every client.

Booking and card on file A credit or debit card is required to book online. Your card is not charged at booking; it is held only for the cancellation and no-show fees below.

Cancellations and rescheduling Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. You can change your appointment online, or call or text 602-900-1241. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. After two no-shows, a prepaid deposit may be required to book.

Late arrivals Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened so the next guest can start on time, and the full service price still applies. If there isn't enough time for a safe, complete treatment, your appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.

Illness and skin changes If you are sick, or have a cold sore, sunburn or open breakouts, please call me. We'll reschedule, and I'll waive the fee when you let me know as soon as possible.

Service refunds Services are non-refundable.If you have a skin reaction, please contact me within 72 hours.

Product returns Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase, with your receipt or order number, for a refund to your original payment method or an exchange. Opened or used products can't be returned. If a product causes irritation, stop using it and contact me so we can find a better fit.

Gift cards Roman Esthetics gift cards never expire. They can be used for any service or product, and any unused balance stays on the card. Gift cards are non-refundable, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be replaced if lost. Promotional or bonus cards given free with a purchase may carry their own expiration date, which will be printed on the card.

Health and safety Please complete your intake forms before your first visit and update them if anything changes. Tell me about any medications (such as Accutane, retinoids or antibiotics), pregnancy, allergies, or recent cosmetic procedures like Botox, fillers or laser treatments. I may adjust or decline a treatment for your safety.
