The Experience
In Our Spa
We are so excited to have you in our spa! You will receive text/e-mail reminders once your appointment is booked. Please confirm your appointment.
You will also receive digital forms by email/text. Please have these filled out prior to your appointment, this helps your esthetician prepare for your treatment.
THE PRE-VISIT
When you arrive for your appointment, you will find parking in front of “My Salon Suites” suite F. We are located inside suite 108.
You will be warmly greeted & guided by one of our estheticians when you arrive for your appointment. Your esthetician will provide an extensive consultation to ensure your skin goals are met.
After your spa experience, your esthetician will guide you on an aftercare regimen that is tailored just for you.
As part of our service, each guest receives a complimentary sparkling water and a healthy snack to enjoy after their treatment, ensuring you leave feeling refreshed and nourished.
AFTER GOODBYE
After your visit, you will receive a follow up text/e-mail from us and we would love to hear your feedback. Reviews help us grow and refine so you will continue to get the best service we can provide.
